Due to the COVID-19 situation, we are cancelling the 2020 October Sydney Ringing School.
I am proposing to hold a school 6-7 March 2021 with a cap of 8 learners (instead of the usual 12) which will mean that one less tower will be required for each session. As usual, it will be targeted towards NSW/ACT regional learners. This is obviously subject to the COVID-19 situation.
The Ringing School will then run as normal in October 2021, held over the long weekend, with a cap of 12 learners.
I would be interested to hear from towers and ringers regarding my proposal. If towers believe two Ringing Schools in a year will be too much, we will just run one school in October.
