Growing Your Social Media Presence

The Central Council of Church Bellringers invited Melbourne bellringer Will Postlethwaite to share his formula for increasing the social media presence of a tower. You can watch Will's presentation here.

You can see the results of Will's work on the Bellringers of St Paul's Cathedral Melbourne facebook page. His presentation explains how to schedule posts so as to manage an active facebook or instagram account without burning yourself out. The social media presence increases public knowledge of bellringing and gives positive feedback to the Cathedral regarding the aural presence of the cathedral provided by the bellringers.

Julie Taylor has followed Will's lead, with the Perth Bell Tower facebook page now very active and well followed.
